Online Courses
- Enrolment: By enrolling in an online course offered by Nutrition Scotland, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions for Online Courses.
- Payment: Payment for online courses must be made in full at the time of enrolment.
- Refunds: Online course fees are non-refundable once access to the course content has been granted. Please read our Refund Policy for Online Courses.
Limitation of Liability
Nutrition Scotland and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website and services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The T&Cs will be interpreted solely in accordance with Scots law.
