At Nutrition Scotland, we strive to provide high-quality courses to our students, whether online or in a classroom setting. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reconsider your enrolment. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.
Enrolment and Access
Online Courses: Enrolment in our online courses grants you access to valuable course materials and resources. Once you have accessed any part of the course content, including but not limited to viewing videos, downloading materials, or participating in discussions, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
Class-Based Courses: Enrolment in our class-based courses secures your place in a scheduled session. Due to limited spaces and pre-planned arrangements, class-based course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
Refund Eligibility
Online Courses: Refunds will only be considered if requested within 14 days from the date of enrolment and before accessing any course content. After accessing the course content, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Class-Based Courses: Refunds will only be considered if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the course. After this period, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@nutritionscotland.org and provide your enrolment details. Refunds, if eligible, will be issued using the original payment method and may be subject to processing fees.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided once online course content has been accessed.
- Refunds will not be provided once a class-based course has commenced.
- Promotional or discounted course fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated at the time of enrolment.
- Missed class-based sessions are non-refundable, and rescheduling is subject to availability.
Course Access Upon Refund
Upon refund approval, access to online course materials will be revoked, and you will no longer have access to any course content or resources.
Policy Amendments
Nutrition Scotland reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
