As an approved Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) training centre, we offer a number of accredited qualifications around food hygiene, nutrition and health. We have created a bespoke, five-day training package for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde that includes REHIS Food Hygiene, Food and Health and How to Run a Cooking Group courses. The training package is being delivered to a range of community and health improvement staff across Greater Glasgow and is being delivered
April 2023 to March 2025.
This comprehensive training equips them not only with the essential theoretical understanding of food hygiene, nutrition and health but also with practical insights gained from our real-world involvement in community nutrition.
By merging accredited qualifications with our practical knowledge, participants are empowered to not just grasp the concepts but to apply them effectively within their roles.
